Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the professional team members
  • Coordinating and preparation of deliverables in a timely manner
  • Handling other ad-hoc and general administrative responsibilities and tasks assigned
  • Audit confirmations – follow up on those outstanding confirmations, scan and distribute on those documents received
  • Perform statutory audit and liaise with company secretary
  • Casting and call checks for annual reports and financial statements
  • Other general administrative works
