In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in ERP enablement initiatives
  • Assist in Pre/Post Implementation Review, Regulatory Compliance Review, Business Process Improvement, IT/Technical Due Diligence initiatives
  • Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges
  • Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes
  • Define the to-be state of processes, procedures, organizations, capabilities, solution application requirements,s and performance measurements
  • Assist with development/deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap, and plan to achieve ‘To-Be’ state
  • Assist facilitation of deployment activities and measure achievement of the desired outcome

About you

  • Understanding of how business processes work and integrate into an ERP environment
  • Ability to design and drive changes for business process re-engineering and organizational change
  • A good understanding of ERP functionalities in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
  • Finance, budgeting, and planning & consolidation modules
  • Sales and CRM
  • Material, Logistic Distribution, and Supply Chain Management Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Have an eye for detail, quality sentient, and result oriented
  • Sound business acumen and teamwork qualities
  • Reliable and Accountable
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and achieve tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; both English and Malay Languages preferred
