Your role

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities during all phases of the project lifecycle
• Prepare meeting minutes and key action items and follow up with teams to ensure timelines are being met
• Maintain project documentation and project deliverables
• Follow up on project activity status with various stakeholders
• Prepare project status reports based on feedback collected across teams/stakeholders
• Track project financials and call out if there are any variances observed
• Monitor project risks
• and issues and highlight to the project manager for escalation
• Partake in project proposals preparation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Power BI (not compulsory but good to have)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Project management certification/education
• Good work ethos
• Willing to learn new skills and continuously upskill, especially in the tech and cyber domains.
