Your role

In this role, you will join the Category Management teams as an Account Manager. Lazada’s Account Managers work alongside Category Managers to identify sales opportunities and cultivate seller relationships. You will work across Lazada’s various departments, ensuring sellers can run their businesses smoothly and effectively on the platform. You will also be responsible for overseeing the product assortment and availability, gleaning insights, and driving opportunities that maximize sales potential. You will be responsible for:

  • Support execution of category strategy, promotions, and planning.
  • Account Management - build and manage relationships with Marketplace sellers to negotiate promotions, marketing spends, etc. and ultimately help them grow their business.
  • Business Development - ensure Lazada has the assortment and best prices in the market by leveraging on competitive intelligence.
  • Campaigns & Loyalty Program - plan and execute campaigns according to category strategy, working with external and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Work crisscross-functionally Campaign, Traffic, Logistics, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to deliver strategic projects allowing Lazada to offer the best customer experience.

About you
