Your role

Team and role introduction
The New Seller Programmes team is responsible for running programmes to help sellers new to Lazada succeed on the platform. You would be responsible for analyzing the new seller journey to identify barriers and success factors, implementing changes to the seller flow, and designing initiatives to improve the success rate of sellers new to the platform.
Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the early-stage seller journey from registration to achieving consistent sales on the platform
• Engage new sellers directly and through relevant teams to understand seller motivations, frustrations and feedback
• Work with the Product team to optimize Lazada's website and mobile app to improve the new seller experience
• Implement programmes and influence platform policy to overcome key barriers to seller succeed
• Manage projects with external stakeholders to ensure the success of key seller segments new to the platform
