Job Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by Lazada, end to end operations.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Contacting potential brands and sellers to establish rapport and arrange meetings to join the platform via email or call.
  • Negotiating with brands and sellers to secure their decision to join the platform.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to understand our campaigns and strategic projects and how this can be translated to benefit new brands and sellers.
  • Address brand and sellers concerns with regards to store operations, finance, logistics and campaigns.
  • Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures for management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews.
  • Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be at the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development.

Job Requirements

  • We are looking for someone who is a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Able to break down complex issues into executable strategies and detailed tactics.
  • Be able to quickly adapt to changes and come up with creative solutions to drive impact and deliver results.
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal stakeholders to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. Meanwhile, be opened minded to identify valuable feedback from others and then take actions accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions.
  • Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  • Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment

  • Passion about improving both customer and seller experience.
  • Strong communication and IT fluency.
