Category Management Associate null

Responsibilities

• Engaging and building relationships with top sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals
• Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures for management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews for feeding essential categories.
• Developing an understanding of feeding essential category dynamics in the market, spotting trends and supporting category managers to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada.
• Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be at the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Working with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in sales and key account management.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically (added advantage: Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
• Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Strong ownership and attention to detail
• Passion about improving both customer and seller experience
• Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning
