Job Description
Reporting to (direct manager and dotted line manager if applicable): Head of Platform Health. Candidate in this role will be responsible for driving, or assisting the manager in Content-related projects, as well as performing day-to-day tasks.
Job Duties
- Lead, and/or assist the manager in projects not limited to Content & Catalog.
- Data analysis, and validation is required of the role.
- Provide support to external teams in their projects, and UAT.
- Offer technical know-how, and guidance to team members.
- Drive initiatives to overall improve Lazada’s catalog health
- Design and implement policies related to product listing to enhance the quality of listed products
- Improve the content quality of strategic categories and products to enhance buyer experience
- Regularly monitor, review and report on the progress of projects
- Ad-hoc content-related tasks.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in e-commerce company would be an advantage
- Excel skill is a must, SQL skill would be a plus.
- Strong project management skills – able to lead/assist a project from initiation to completion
- Ability to analyze, interpret and explain complex data
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, prioritize objectives to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (or MS Office in general)
- Attention to detail, and organized
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Highly energetic, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (fluency in additional local languages such as BM/Mandarin would be a plus)
