As Associate of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), he/she will be responsible for scheduling and implementing all CRM channels communications across push notifications, inbox notifications and emails (EDMs). Reporting to the Head of CRM, he/she will help to assist in developing audience segmentation and lifecycle stages with highly personalized campaigns that will drive measurable growth in engagement and conversions and to our database.
