Job Summary

As Associate of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), he/she will be responsible for scheduling and implementing all CRM channels communications across push notifications, inbox notifications and emails (EDMs). Reporting to the Head of CRM, he/she will help to assist in developing audience segmentation and lifecycle stages with highly personalized campaigns that will drive measurable growth in engagement and conversions and to our database.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and scheduling optimized push for DataScience (DS) pipeline, App Push, Inbox and Email campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Assist in developing and optimizing campaigns that drive ongoing customer engagement throughout their lifecycle as a Lazada customer.
• Be the Superuser of our CRM database (Golden Strategy & CDP); in order to create and identify customer segments and create relevant content (for push, inbox & EDMs) plans for customer retention and conversion based on their lifecycle stages.
• Regular monitoring and data consolidation, analysis & reporting (weekly, monthly, etc.) to measure progress towards defined KPIs.
• Assist in A/B testing processes to test language (BM vs EN), CTA, Content and Email timing to constantly improve overall CRM performance.
• Stay on top of the market, CRM & content trends, product and platform changes, and competitor activities that could impact Lazada’s marketing activities and CRM coverage.
• Work closely with internal and external (if any) teams to ensure smooth channel operations
• Coordinate operations with internal stakeholders (commercial, category and brand teams, regional CRM, product teams, graphics) to drive growth as well as team metrics (CTR%, CR% & Buyers) efficiency.
• Support the team on daily operational routines, daily task completeness and support on performance and tracking with clear communication between cross functions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field
• 1+ year’s project management experience (in CRM field preferred but not a must) to meet overall team’s KPIs & goals, deadlines and balance multiple priorities is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Good computer literacy, including hands-on experience with marketing tools, tracking technologies, MS Office Suite and SQL (an advantage to have but not a must).
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment.
