Engaging and building relationships with top sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional, and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals;
Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews for the Watches, Sunglasses & Jewelry category;
Developing an understanding of Watches, Sunglasses & Jewelry category dynamics in the market, spotting trends, and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada;
Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be at the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention;
Working with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and strategic projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
Experience in sales and sales management;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis;
Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment;
Strong ownership and attention to detail;
Passion about improving both customer and seller experience;
Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning;
Experience in merchandising, preferably working in a fast-paced environment eg tech startup, e-commerce, retail, or digital agency;
Experience in fashion retail is an added advantage, either in retailer as brand principal/distributor;
Ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable strategy;
Excellent problem solving, project management, and communication skills;
