Key Account Specialist Roles

  • Develop, monitor and manage an assigned portfolio of brands and merchants on the Lazada platform, which may include LazMall and Redmart
  • Formulate a sound commercial portfolio strategy, including range and pricing, and ensure key accounts hit their sales targets
  • Evaluate performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to further optimize the product, pricing and promotion decisions, as well as marketing spend
  • Establish strong relationships with Lazada’s partners, and support their activities on our platform
  • Support Lazada’s partners in their store launches, sales campaigns and brand events
  • Pitch promotional tools for the platform that will help sellers increase customer traffic and sales
  • Curate comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insights to drive category success
  • Develop channel marketing and promotions plans
  • Coach sellers in maximizing yield from our platform, and internal teams on optimal seller support

Traffic Specialist Responsibilities

  • Understanding user & business needs; identify a business opportunity and define campaign strategy based on category pillars
  • Conceptualize and develop interesting and relevant campaigns across desktop, mobile sites and app
  • Campaign planning and execution for the category and managing all onsite & campaign assets for the category
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide campaign performance insights, evaluation and suggest key learnings to share the best practices across the teams
  • Able to identify new trends based on a different source of the platform that champions in high usage of search keywords
  • Stay on top of trends by gaining knowledge from relevant search sources and to be shared to internal stakeholders
  • Analyze structured data on search keyword trends and performances for category teams
  • Generate traffic reports relevant to campaign/search/guided selling tools on the platform and to be shared with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate and work with direct and cross-functional teams: Commercial, Marketing, Product, Seller Platform, etc
  • Provide product feedback, suggest and recommend team on how to drive better performance for a campaign or better user onsite experience

Job Requirements

  • Graduated with Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2nd Class in 2020/21 from a reputable university with less than 2 years of work experience
  • Major in Business, Economics, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering or any related field
  • Experience in leadership roles via curricular involvement in university
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive solutions accordingly
  • Passionate towards retail, marketing and e-commerce
  • Enjoys planning, negotiations and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Well versed with Excel (Pivots, VlookUp)
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Valid work authorization in Malaysia
  •  Able to start work by 1st April 2022
