Training & Development

So, every morning when an intern starts their work, they will be invited to attend daily training. If an intern works remotely, they will be invited to attend training through online meeting software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc)

Career progression

Lazada Malaysia doesn’t explain more regarding career progression after an intern finishes their internship period. But the “big name” of Lazada will affect your future development and the internship experience will be preferred by other companies. This means a lot for you to build your dream career in the future although you are not at Lazada anymore.

Work life balance

Based on the majority of Lazada Malaysia employees' reviews on another online career portal, work-life balance in Lazada Malaysia is fairly excellent. An intern at Lazada Malaysia will start their work at 9 am in the morning, then have an hour lunch break at 12 pm, and the working shift will be ended at 6 PM. So, an intern has about 8 hours of work from Monday to Friday which is easy to arrange between working, social, and family life. Some intern has an opportunity to work from home (remotely).
