Your role

As a Payment Operations Senior Analyst at Lazada Malaysia, you will carry the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Campaigns & Channel: Plan and execute campaigns according to category strategy, working with external and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with Campaign, Traffic, Logistics, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams to deliver strategic projects allowing Lazada to offer the best customer experience.
• Support execution of category strategy, promotions, and planning which includes clean-up of assortment.
• Account Management: Incubate new and upcoming brands & sellers on the platform to ultimately help them grow their business through various promotional and campaign strategies.

Training & Development

Lazada provides training from time to time to make sure all staff gets more knowledge about Lazada. Training for an employee generally will be provided at the beginning of the working day constantly if it is necessary So, every morning when an employee starts their work and needs guidance, they will be invited to attend daily training or meeting session. If an employee works remotely, they will be invited to attend training through online meeting software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc)
