Your role

Team and role introduction

Reporting to the Head of UI Steering Lead, this role provides support and is responsible for the use, adoption, and performance of a suite of tools in the local venture. This role will also have to frequently liaise between local and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarise with platform buying mechanics, tools, and solutions, with a focus of communicating and encouraging sellers to adopt relevant mechanics to improve their performance
  • Analyse sellers’ business performance and support sellers with insights on tools adoption and relevant practices to improve business performance on Lazada.
  • Understanding trends on seller’s performance, practices on Lazada, and providing solutions to sellers to achieve better performance
  • Analyzing data and preparing weekly performance figures management along with key solutions, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews.
  • Familiarise with e-commerce knowledge and market trends and devise business strategies

About you

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
  • Preferable 2 years of experience in Marketing / Product Management / Product Operations / Product Marketing Operations in E-commerce or other relevant industries.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • A basic understanding of the user journey experience will be a plus point.
  • Well-informed of the market competitive structure and industry best practices.
  • Excel intermediate level is required.
  • A self-motivated, self-directed individual who can also motivate and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Ability to drive progress in a timely manner and have a sense of ownership.
