Job Description

Seller Tool Operations Associate will be reporting to the Head of Lazada Seller Tools. With opportunities to handle projects, this role requires strong multi-tasking, prioritization and communication skills.

Key responsibilities 

  • Responsible for product management of seller-facing tools to ensure a smooth launch, operations, enhancements, adoption and quality utilization.
  • Monitor and strategize Seller Tools adoption status, respectively for different seller segments. Identify trends and issues to take action accordingly.
  • Propose and execute tools strategy for campaigns and daily operations.
  • Launch new features or enhancements in Lazada Center Centre by conducting the internal tests, optimizing features, training plan and sending a communication to stakeholders.
  • Submit feature requests to the product team with proper justification and relevant data. Further, improve the user interface with the product designer for a better user experience.
  • Report bugs to product managers and follow up with progress and solutions to solve the bugs.
  • Monitor seller tools dashboard and study for both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Based on data analysis and quality studies, come up with valuable implications and suggestions to share with sellers or internal teams to use all the seller tools effectively.
  • Fully utilize available resources to promote seller tools so sellers can increase store traffic, conversion rate, order value and maintain sustainable business growth by using these tools.
  • Align with Lazada regional team to map future tools direction and leverage good practices from other ventures.
  • Work closely with Seller Engagement Team to post communications to sellers and organize on-site events. Update training materials on Lazada University and come up with training plans.
  • During campaign time, coordinate with traffic and the campaign team. Prepare for campaign-related communications to sellers, backend setups, monitor preparation progress and manage target communications to campaign focused sellers.
  • Keep close relationship with Key Account Managers per category to manage strategies by utilizing seller tools and ensure sustainable business growth in the term length.
  • Be capable to analyze data and come up with valuable insights for performance improvement purposes.

Job Requirements

  • Adeptness in Microsoft office tools, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Analytical skill and critical thinking
  • Positive learning attitude with strong adaptation skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly energetic and independent individual
  • Prior experience in another E-commerce business
  • SQL skills
