Job Description

• Understand LOP/LNP system & Sort process/workflow for better knowledge & visibility of analyst role
• Generate a daily report for Sort vol, performance, aging statuses, breach TNs, lost status, Pending IR & etc. To also keep the communication cascaded to all Sort PIC
• Update EOD summary report in SMT file & escalate to Manager if any call outs/issues reported by Supervisor
• Engage with Sort PIC on the aging follow up & closure e.g. Involve in the investigation with the Sort team on the lost & breach cases.
• Communicate with Hub/FM PIC on the related issues such as unclosed RS after arrival at Sort/Hub, FM Staggered arrival accuracy & etc.
• Manage/plan Sort daily capacity & cost balancing with Manager to reflect good productivity & CPP as per Management expectation
• Work closely with Supervisor/Manager on the Operation gaps/daily issues & work together on the improvement plan (To study/analyze the gap/issues/challenges)
• Work closely with Supervisor/Manager on the maximum optimization of the throughput, Productivity, achieve department KPIs & etc. (To study/analyze the gap/issues/challenges)
• Attend all Ops meetings with the minutes recorded & shared with the team. To also follow up on the pending items with PIC from the previous meeting & update the Manager on the progress.
• Provide Bi-Weekly report on Sort performance & update the deck for presentation with CLO
• To support Supervisor on the training plan & develop
