Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator partners directly with all members of the Talent Acquisition team for scheduling and coordinating interviews as well as conducting pre-onboarding activities at a high-volume. The work is generally fast-paced and often confidential nature.
- To support day-to-day talent acquisition activities including arranging and coordinating interviews and administering assessments
- Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times
- Facilitate and monitor pre-onboarding activities of new hires
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of coordination experience such as setting up interviews, booking of rooms is preferable
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to be adaptable and manage stress in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
