Your role

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner 
• Resolve customers’ issues and provide feedback and analysis
• To assist in processing standard policies/endorsements
• Upload policy/end documents to vendor website for printing
• Other administration tasks

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Insurance, or other relevant fields.
• Strong eye for detail and meticulous with numbers & data
• Have the integrity and high standards in the work you do
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team
• Good timekeeper, well organized, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, resourceful, and a good team player
• Excellent communication and customer-centric skills
• Computer literacy with MS Office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
