Requirements:

Skills & abilities

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute to the planning and execution of activation programs.
• Basic understanding of strategic marketing principles and the ability to apply them in practice.

Personal attributes:

• Strong interest & proactive in marketing activations and event management
• Eager to gain hands-on experience in executing event-based activities such as product launches, partner engagements, and roadshows.
• Does not mind occasional physically-involved works

Job scope:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and activations to promote the brand.
• Support in creating event marketing materials such as invitations, signage, and promotional collaterals.
• Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure smooth executions of events.
• Help in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on event performance.

Experience (Plus points):

• Involvement in organizing university events, student club activities, or volunteer initiatives demonstrating a passion for event planning and execution.
• Participation in relevant coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities related to marketing, communications, or event management.
