Job Overview

You will be spearheading a new role within leading international brands in the consumer products division to strengthen core brand values and drive relevancy to consumers via well-defined advocacy strategy. Your core responsibility is to drive brand awareness and brand image by championing the advocacy strategy and development of advocacy plan. Additionally, you will also oversee performance trackers, monitoring competitor activities and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the perfect execution of your advocacy plans. You will also lead advocacy-related special projects that will drive change management in the division 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Define and Champion a clear advocacy strategy that is in line with the brand strategy of L’Oreal Paris and Garnier to achieve the desired brand awareness and brand image
  • Develop and Own a holistic advocacy annual plan and content calendar in key areas of media, key opinion leaders (KOL) and brand users as part of the advocacy strategy
  • Oversee skincare category and maintain dashboards for Advocacy Performance and ROI, gain key insights and recommend actions  
  • Keep track and monitor brand buzz performance on TRAACKR
  • Monitor competitor advocacy activities and propose the right learnings and action plan 
  • Work with Wavemaker (media), Pop culture (KOL management), TRAACKR (KOL performance) to look at performance campaigns and act as consultant for all brands in terms of driving advocacy efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Brand Management or Brand Communication Development
  • Possess ability and a track record of turning around brand image / brand trust / brand communication via advocacy  
  • Possess a collaborative spirit and enjoys working with cross functions and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • Obsessed with On-Time, In Full (OTIF) execution
  • Independent, agile, self-driven, passionate
  • Possess a strong PR and advocacy network an added advantage
