Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for both product planning & product marketing to key brand(s) of the company. This includes developing & implementing marketing plans & activities as well as working with internal & external business partners to ensure product & marketing efforts support the company’s overall business objectives & goals
Key Responsibilities
- Proposing, planning, managing & executing marketing plans & activities according to brand strategy to meet brand & organization goals & objectives
- Managing A&P budget efficiently according to priority
- Identifying opportunities and gaps for the brand based on data analysis / research
- The ability to react to market dynamic & work independently with minimal supervision
- Planning & organizing new product launches & implement planned activations relevant to brand image & strategy
- Manage & liaise with internal & external business partners on planning & execution of communication & promotional campaigns within timeline
- Ongoing compilations & reviewing of competitors’ marketing activities
- Ensure monthly sales forecast accuracy is meeting KPI
- Preparing monthly business meetings with presentation on business updates, market insights & upcoming plans with clear key messages for senior management
- Working hand-in-hand with retail & education team to ensure proper roll-out of materials, services, advices, etc
