Role Summary

As a Digital Project Manager, you are responsible for supporting brands in E-Boutique rollout and support E-Boutique brands on post rollout maintenance and quality assurance. You are also tasked to plan and oversee different project to ensure they are completed within timeline. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible to keep track of timelines and action items for brand's EBTQ rollout
• Responsible for go-live e-merchandising set up (product catalog preparation) for go-live readiness with relevant stakeholders (eg: zone, vendors, brand, IT)
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Determine and manage resources to ensure that timelines are able to be met
• Measure project performance and suggest areas for improvement
• Ensure new/existing EBTQ enhancements are aligned with moving the brands to the digital forefront of the Industry
• Ensuring that functionalities introduced are utilized and measure performance
• Assist in planning, implementing, and strategizing e-boutique enhancements with the brands to ensure that it contributes to the brand and company's business and marketing objectives

Requirements 

• Some project management experience is preferred
• Good understanding of digital & ecommerce
