Your role

L'Oréal Ignite Internship Program is open to students in universities and provides the opportunity to acquire substantial initial work experience. For this role, you will be working in the finance team as a business partner to help sustain the growth and profitability of L'Oréal Consumer Products Divisions which consist of brands such as Garnier, L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline, and many more.

For three to six months you will become a member of a team of professionals in your own right, working on actual missions and achieving concrete objectives on which you are assessed. You will develop your skills while fully expressing your personality and qualities. Above expertise or qualifications, L'Oréal is looking for young, dynamic, enthusiastic, and ambitious talent, capable of fully committing to projects, changing enthusiasm into success, and creating beauty and excellence. 

Training & development

L'Oréal Ignite Internship Program will take about 3-6 months long. In this program, you will work on actual missions with tangible objectives. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, showcase your personality, and achieve success. You will be integrated into L'Oréal and the team, with the help of your supervisor. This internship is the perfect stepping stone to becoming one of L’Oréal Malaysia’s future business leaders.

Work-life balance

The regular office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, from Monday to Friday, or around 45 working hours per week. However, when you decide to work here, you should be ready for a very fast-paced working rhythm.
