Your role

The Ignite Internship Program is open to students in universities, business, and engineering schools from diverse backgrounds. It provides the opportunity to acquire substantial initial work experience in the Marketing Department under the Professional Products Division. For three to six months you become a member of a team of professionals in your own right, working on actual missions and achieving concrete objectives on which you are assessed. You develop your skills while fully expressing your personality and qualities. 

Training & development

L'Oréal Ignite Internship Program will take about 3-6 months long. In this program, you will work on actual missions with tangible objectives. You will be able to develop your skills, showcase your personality, and achieve success. You will be paired with an assigned manager and mentor who will help guide you throughout your internship. Our Internship programs provide you with an orientation tailored to the length of your placement, giving you real insights into the workings of a multinational industry leader. In the video above, it is described that you can explore the reality of a job to know the company's business system from the inside.
