Your role

Ignite Internship Program is open to students in universities, business, and engineering schools from diverse backgrounds and provides the opportunity to acquire substantial initial work experience and dive deep into L'Oréal's métier. Open positions for internships are:

• Kiehl's - CRM Intern
• Lancôme - Marketing intern 
• Professional Product Division - Digital Intern
• Data Analyst Intern
• Operations - Purchasing Intern
• IT Intern

For 3 to 6 months, you become a member of a team of professionals in your own right, working on actual missions and achieving concrete objectives on which you are assessed. You develop your skills while fully expressing your personality and qualities. Above expertise or qualifications, L'Oréal is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and ambitious talent, capable of fully committing to projects, changing enthusiasm into success, and creating beauty and excellence. This internship is your best preparation yet to transition into the L'Oréal Management Trainee Program.

Training & development

In this internship program, you will be assigned major responsibilities from the very start! You will be paired with an assigned manager and mentor who will help guide you throughout your internship. L'Oréal Internship programs provide you with an orientation tailored to the length of your placement, giving you real insights into the workings of a multinational industry leader. Not to mention there are Summer Internships too; with seasonal programs in many of L'Oréal brands, and across different functions L'Oréal is sure to have one for you.

Work-life balance

The regular office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, from Monday to Friday. However, you should be ready for a very fast-paced working rhythm when you decide to work here.
