Your role

In this L'Oréal's Management Trainee Program S2 2024, you will get an 18-month individually tailored program for confident, bright & creative minds who are up for a challenge to go beyond and create the beauty that moves the world.

Career progression

This program will fast-track your career into a top management role. Upon completion of the program, successful participants will be offered a permanent position within L’Oréal, typically in a managerial or specialist role. With dedication and strong performance, you may have the potential to progress further in your career within the company and take on more senior leadership roles.

Work-life balance

The regular office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, from Monday to Friday, or around 45 working hours per week. However, when you decide to work here, you should be ready for a very fast-paced working rhythm.

About you

• Bachelor/Master's Degree graduate from any major
• Maximum 2 years of working experience 
• Proficient in English & have strong communication skills
• Willing to undergo program rotation to various Finance Roles
• Preferably have an internship or organizational experience
