Summary:

As an Online Brand Manager, you will need to have strong understanding of e-Commerce and digital environment to drive a consistent objective and essence across all brands.

You will be responsible for e-Commerce bottom of the funnel (CPAS, Marco, etc.) off platform, media budget to drive quality traffic with the right focus. By converting the Brand Strategy into an operational E-Brand Plan based on local definition and investment framing of products.

You will also support in overseeing and managing the Profit & Loss of the brand e-Commerce in collaboration with Brand Director to grow the category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds overall E-store brand image: content, layout, promotions (bundles) & story
  • Translates and writes local Copy in line with  Regional guidelines
  • Implement the e-commerce strategy: focus on increasing online and multichannel revenues by establishing the online selling strategy for a defined client / customer.
  • Champions the Online Brand plan for their Brand in both platforms including: Setting framework, strategy & staging calendar for campaigns, price, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross selling and off platform media (incl. media budget)
  • Develops a clear traffic strategy, execute & optimize for off platform traffic for each platform
  • Responsible for developing marketing tools for the platform.
  • Improve product/brand performance in their respective pillar by building insights through data
  • Constantly work on the buyer data to improve loyalty & repurchase

Required Skills / Competencies / Experience:

  • Demonstrate ability working with a diverse group of people and high collaborative skills across team in organizations, fast in adapting in new environment and critical thinking
  • Strong negotiation skills, data-oriented, analytical and sales budget planning skills
  • Experience in managing social media, brand website and its KPI, experienced using social listening tool and report
  • Strong Operational Marketing/Digital capability of building detailed activity plans
  • Collaborative and able to work between Sales & Marketing to build the right plan
