The duties and responsibilities includes (but is not limited to) the following:

• Have a strong grasp of typography, composition, and a creative visual eye
• Deliver high-quality design static, animated, and video assets for social media across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and more.
• Familiar with best practices for social media postings [able to determine size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size - from graphic stills to audiovisual posts to simple animations]
• Design mock ups and proposals in Google slides for new client pitches
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for content ideation, providing input on how to create visually engaging content for clients
• Work closely with copywriter/content strategist, social media + video team, and other internal teams to deliver projects
• Creative and art direct projects involving multichannel and multi disciplinary channels including IG lives, live streams, influencer engagements, and more.
• Balance multiple projects on a tight turnaround while maintaining high creative standards
• Stay informed on the latest design trends, software and best practices.
• Desire to continually learn and expand skill sets in content production

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with presentation deck design in Google Slides/PPT
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Video Suite: Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Familiar with Canva tools and templates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Proactive and resourceful self-starter
• Strong communication skills
• Fantastic prioritisation skills
• Well organised
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills
• Able to spot trends and keep a pulse on the latest happenings

BONUS:

• Knows how to handle DSLR / Mirrorless / Point & Shoot camera
• Basic sound design knowledge
• Well-connected in the industry - able to source talents if extra manpower needed
