Corporate Finance Executive null

Responsibilities

• Assist Corporate Finance Managers to assess and preparing funding proposal/project evaluation appraisal in line with the Group's strategy and business requirements. 
• Assist in evaluating funding requirements of the Group to ensure the Group achieves an optimum capital structure. 
• Assist in performing complex business and financial analysis line with Group objectives
• Assist in procurement of funds exercise due diligence documentation, hedging proposal analysis and financial risk management/compliance work.
• Work closely with the divisional team to develop or recommend funding strategies to support the Group business plan, new investments, and airport expansion requirement
• Coordinate across business divisions to ensure timely reporting compliance for loan review and other statutory requirements and filing
• Support monthly actual cash flow updates, projections and financial modelling simulation, scenario testing to assist in cash visibility. funding assessment and requirement of the Group and subsidiaries.
• Maintain proper record on all Sukuk, credit facilities utilization and availability across the Group.
• Support the Corporate Finance Managers on continuous improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness in reporting, analyse businesses results/trends and identify relevant performance measurement indicators for liquidity management and optimum capital structure.
• Keeping abreast of new developments and trends on the airport development and business funding model, and make recommendations for improvements to the Group
• Provide financial modelling and financial analysis support on ad-hoc projects and transactions of the Group.
• Liaising with Group companies, bankers and other parties on various corporate finance matters.
• Ongoing compliance work of Sukuk with Trustee, other statutory requirements and Banks Facilities documentation, loan covenants, interim review and financial guarantee monitoring.
• Handle all invoices and expenses of the department to ensure alignment to the Budget.
• Prepare Board paper in relation to banking matters i.e. approval for new facilities, Sukuk issuance, intercompany dividend & etc.
• Constant maintenance and updating of SOP framework for the entire CF department covering rating, funding strategies, loan monitoring & restructuring and project evaluation. 
• Preparation of internal memos for inter-department (i.e. Legal, Finance, Cosec) coordination of loan documentation for review/comment and eventual approvals.
• Support in the preparation of correspondences (NDA, engagement letters, other statutory documents and letters) to banks and Sukuk advisors.
• Support in ISG Loan Structuring and periodic lenders review /queries/paperwork.
• Assist in procurement of funds exercise (loan/debt capital market), due diligence documentation, hedging proposal analysis and financial risk management/compliance work.

Requirements

• Good financial analysis and modelling skills with good attention to detail
• Good knowledge of corporate finance and financial analysis work demonstrated through relevant work experience.
• Possess good presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial transactions.
• Good business sense and interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written English skills. 
• Self-driven, strong determination, able to work fast and under pressure.
• Possess positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work as a team.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint applications will be added advantage.
• Relevant Industries
• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1-year relevant experience in the areas of corporate finance, auditing, financial advisory, financial analysis, banking or financial accounting.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Financial Engineering/Financial Modelling.
• Certification or candidacy in the following Professional Qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/CFA) will be an added advantage.
