Develop and establish maintenance plans and manage the execution of the maintenance works and ensure maintenance works are carried out according to the specified maintenance standards, best practices and quality so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Adhere and enforce the operation and maintenance to ensure the highest level of system availability and reliability for the following airport systems/facilities:
- Develop and reviews the master maintenance plans and master maintenance schedules
- Analyses technical reports, identify trends for the facilities and equipment breakdowns and recommends for continuous improvement action
- Analyzes cost implications of the operations, maintenance and repair activities and recommend budgetarily
- Assesses personnel competency levels and recommends for the personnel job enrichment
- Keeps abreast with the latest technology in the industries
- Manages and executes the maintenance contracts
- Establish systems and facilities reliability and availability
- Recommends short-term plans and activities to improve the efficiencies of engineering systems and facilities
- Monitors and controls compliance with the Company policies & procedures and local & international regulatory requirements governing the engineering O&M
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in pavement maintenance work preferably airport pavement maintenance works
- Possess updated knowledge in the latest technology in airport facilities, World Class Maintenance Management and project management
- Good working knowledge of contract management i.e construction, legal and value engineering
- Working knowledge in managing multiple vendors and contractors
- Good writing and communication skills
- Innovative, visionary, strong leadership skill, hardworking, has analytical and strategic thinking, able to work independently, multitasking
- Degree with specialization in Civil Engineering
- Registered with Board of Engineers of Malaysia
