Your role

Position general summary

To make sure that the day-to-day Operation Center processes are updated and follow the ITIL best practices. Also, ensure all processes follow the SLA and OLA.

Essential position functions

• Monitor the escalation of tickets from the Operation Center to Site Engineers.
• Creating problem records and linking the incidents/requests to problems -To ensure all reported incidents are within the Service Level.
• To monitor the dashboard 24 by 7 and to ensure the operation is on track and functioning accordingly.
• Participate in problem-solving when needed to meet trouble report levels.
• Looking into complaints and requests from customers pertaining to the overall performance.
• Being on 24-by7 standby for breakdowns and issues.
• To perform first-level troubleshooting of the incidents reported.

Key Challenges

• Manages customers' and top management’s expectations.
• Coordination with various parties in ensuring the smooth of IT operation.

Training & development 

The training and development program for employees at MAHB is managed by the Malaysia Airports Academy (MAA). The MAA provides a learning platform to ensure all employees are competent, skillful, and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of programs tailored to the needs of the workforce, ranging from safety and security to maintenance. In addition to traditional classroom activities, they also provide On-the-job training (OJT) tailored for the specific workforce. About you

• At least 3 Principals
• CGPA > 2.8
• To have Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) certification is an advantage.
