Position Summary

• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and periodic maintenance

• Carry out daily operation and maintenance works and ensure promptly respond to the maintenance repair request or breakdown

• Notice in accordance with the priority and response time

• Record and feedback all the maintenance & repair requests to the Help Desk and Supervisor

• To record and compile all maintenance checklist and daily report

• To record and compile all the equipment maintenance report

• To implement all necessary precautions on safety aspect at any time and any place

• To support other teams if required PPM or major breakdown

• To comply with work quality as per ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS)

• To implement 5 's' policies in all plant room/workplace

• Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative

• Ensure maintenance service availability according to Service Level Agreement.

• Ensure response time according to Service Level Agreement

Key Challenges

• Hands-on skills in facilities maintenance

• Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance, Routine and Breakdown Maintenance work

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical problems

• To complete tasks in a timely and fast manner

• Respond to the complaint  within 10 minutes

• Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude to work, willingness to learn, share and take instructions

• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with various client

• Able to work under minimum supervision

• Willing to work on shift

Education

SPM Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and Pass in English and Mathematics with POLYTECHNIC/ MLVK/ SKM certificate or equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Civil Engineering.
