Role & Tasks

• Compile surveys from platforms & prep data for analysis
• Categorize & analyze survey feedback
• Prepare reports with survey insights & recommendation (supported with visuals/charts)
• Develop & improve survey analysis function/tool
• Participate in survey set-up, testing and liaising with vendor for resolution

Preferred and Desirable Skills

• Able to read and write both in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Intermediate proficiency using MS Excel functions including formulas, pivot and macros
• Familiar with presentation and reporting using MS Power point
• Fast learner, friendly and approachable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail
• Preferred degree in Business, Statistics, Actuarial Science
