Your role

In this role, you'll be accountable for:

• Learn about mass internal communications by drafting copies & designing visuals for internal employee announcements through internal social media.
• Refine creative skills through photography and filming/editing videos for employee events.
• Learn to manage stakeholders by assisting in scheduling, editing & proofreading all company-wide HR announcements.
• Understand data analytics by tracking communications data and identifying insights.
• Exposure to project management by assisting in the coordination + event planning of selected EE employee activities.
• Given the opportunity to gain visibility and exposure by assisting in organizing 1-2 large-scale company-wide activities (based on the intern's capability and performance)
• Have an opportunity to learn about Sharepoint Website development by taking on the project to refresh the EE Sharepoint site.

Training, development & rotations

There is no specific mention related to training for the internship program at Maxis. About you

The main requirement to apply as an Employee Experience Intern at Maxis is as follows:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass comms/Marketing/Events Management.

It will be better if you also have the preferred and desirable skills below:

• Strong command of English, both written & verbal
• Some knowledge in copywriting or proofreading.
• Some knowledge in media & graphic design (eg: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Having some exposure to photography and video editing will be an added advantage.
• Some knowledge/interest in project management and event management.
• Fast learner, friendly and approachable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail
