Role & Tasks

• Performs basic functions of HR-related tasks.
• Maintains and prepares reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
• Partner with P&O Centre of Excellence to proactively support the delivery of HR programs and initiatives that enable business.
• Supports the development and implementation of initiatives on employee engagement.
• Conduct follow-ups on any HR-related initiatives.
• Work with HRBP to ensure key project milestones.
• Talent Management.

• Detail-oriented and organized person.
• Good communication.
• Ability to handle discretion information.
• Solid Microsoft skills such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage).
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail.
