Your role

As an Analyst Intern at Maxis, you will be responsible for the following role and tasks:

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders.
• Study requirements and translate business requirements to technical requirements.
• Create detailed documentation of the technical requirements, design, and testing process.
• Assist in designing to-be process which includes creating process workflow, data models, and use cases.
• Communication with different stakeholders to facilitate the analysis works.
• Involvement in Testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements e.g. creating test plans, test cases, and performing regression tests.
• Provide necessary training to business users upon release of deliverables.
• Involvement in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) - a Finance Digitalisation Project with the objective to uplift finance capabilities to track strategy execution, enable management by exception and free up capacity to drive insight. The focus area of the EPM is to digitalize the management reporting & KPI tracking, expand the division driver tree via zero-based budget and digitalize planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

About you

• Min. Bachelor's Degree
• Open to Malaysians enrolled in a local or overseas university and Non-Malaysians enrolled in local universities.
• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience are welcome
• Non-Malaysians enrolled in overseas universities/residing overseas are not eligible for this internship programme

You will be more considered if you have the following preferred skills:

• Basic understanding of ETL code, Excel Macros/pivot table, SAP, and Power BI/ Tableau/ Qlik
• Fast learner, friendly and approachable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail
