Your role

In this role, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to understand the latest trends in the broadband industry, competitor offerings, and customer needs. This could involve online research, surveys, or data analysis.
  • Product Documentation: Creating and maintaining product documentation. This includes writing product specifications, creating user manuals, and updating product descriptions.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects involves scheduling meetings, tracking project progress, and communicating updates to the team
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing product usage data to draw insights, understanding product performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Assist in performing competitor analysis, this involves researching competitor products, pricing, and market strategies, and presenting findings to the team.

Work-life balance
