Your role

As a trainee for this position, you will be accountable for the following tasks:

• Identifying data sources, collecting and organizing data into usable formats, sourcing for missing data while striving to analyze data to find answers to specific questions
• Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns while creating visualizations of data.
• Develop and deploy scorecards for collection, treatment, and contact strategy while monitoring Operation performance
• Produce low latency reports that will be used to direct intra-day and intra-week tactical decisions
• Act as a change agent – Coordinate and analyze patterns in historic trends and current data to drive Credit & Collections strategies
• Facilitate continuous improvement culture by communicating findings and stimulating improvement needs/innovation in portfolio and reporting

About you

If you are interested to join this program at Maxis, you have to meet the qualifications below:

• Malaysian citizen
• Fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree from any local or foreign higher learning institution that is recognized by the Government of Malaysia
• Preferably basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Obtain CGPA 3.0 and above (or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
• Strong team player, self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn
• Preference will be given to graduates with no prior working experience and who are currently unemployed
