Your role

As a Business Associate (Protege - Ready To Work), you will be responsible for:

• Experience and complete assigned tasks by assisting with day-to-day operations with the assigned business unit.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities with guided schedules and learning modules.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members on day-to-day operations and tasks.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the program.
• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
• Preparing documents and updating records.
• Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.

About you

Here’s what Maxis is looking for in this role:

• Fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree from any local or foreign higher learning institution that is recognized by the Government of Malaysia
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Obtain CGPA 3.0 and above (or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
• Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office
• Strong team player, self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn
• Preference will be given to graduates with no prior working experience and who are currently unemployed
