Roles and responsibilities

Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

• Always keeping an eye on the manpower numbers
• Able to help in conducting sessions with internal stakeholders for store performance and staff performance
• To always ensure all Adhoc matters are fully documented from time to time
• Sending out minutes of meetings after every meeting
• Work on  an exploration of SIS in Maxis centers

Preferred and desirable skills

• Effective communication skills
• Able to work well using Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel
• Tech savvy- up to date with current technology related to mobile apps and social media
• Graduate from Bachelor’s Degree and above, and can be from any field of studies. Business Administration & Human resource background plus for this job.
• Fast learner, friendly and approachable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail.
