Roles and responsibilities
Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
- Always keeping an eye on the manpower numbers
- Able to help in conducting sessions with internal stakeholders for store performance and staff performance
- To always ensure all Adhoc matters are fully documented from time to time
- Sending out minutes of meetings after every meeting
- Work on an exploration of SIS in Maxis centers
Preferred and desirable skills
- Effective communication skills
- Able to work well using Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel
- Tech savvy- up to date with current technology related to mobile apps and social media
- Graduate from Bachelor’s Degree and above, and can be from any field of studies. Business Administration & Human resource background plus for this job.
- Fast learner, friendly and approachable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
- Solid organization skills and attention to detail.
