Your role

In this role, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:

• Perform quarterly update on Compliance and Employee Relations (CER) data for management reporting
• Clean up the company's IR Repository platform and playbook
• Assist the CER team team in employee investigation matters 
• Assist the CER team in transcription work and creating presentation decks based on ad-hoc projects

Work-life balance

According to most employees, the work-life balance in Maxis is fairly good with regular hours, 8 hours a day, and flexible working hours. Some positions like those who work at technical support or customer service may work in shifts, with the available hours below (including a 1-hour break):

• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
• 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

About you

For this program, Maxis prefers a candidate who has the following qualifications:

• Familiar with and interested in data analysis
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create presentations
• Possesses experience with branding and communications work (newsletters, surveys) 
• A law background is desirable but not mandatory
• Fast learner, friendly, and approachable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment (prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail
