Your role

Corporate Communications Intern's roles & tasks are: 

• Media monitoring, media analytics & reporting: Track brand mentions, analyze industry and competitors’ news, and prepare media coverage reports.
• External communications: Assist in developing press releases/ media kits/ Q&A and other communication materials.
• Internal communications: Draft and prepare internal announcements, and develop creative content ideas. 
• Lead an internal communication initiative/campaign: This could involve developing a communication plan, creating content, launching the campaign, and measuring its success.
• Update and maintain media database: Organise and update a database of media contacts, journalists, and publications.

About you

Preferred and desirable skills for the internship are:

• Communication/PR/ Media related background
• Good understanding of the media landscape in Malaysia
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, video editing skills are a plus
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail.
