Your role

Maxis’ Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) program is Maxis' commitment to helping young Malaysian talents and the nation to always be ahead and to add value to the national economy. What are you accountable for

• Providing solutions to business requirements to achieve forecasted results on a project basis through the understanding of the scope, requirements, business logic, and system specifications.
• Providing raw data/reports to key business stakeholders for analysis on a project / ad-hoc basis by understanding their report requirements.
• Analyze, design, and develop a system to meet planned results for key promotions/roadshows on a project basis through discussions with the stakeholders involved.
• Manage business requirement expectations for specific system enhancements on a project basis by understanding the scope of work to be done, the deliverables, and the time required to complete.
• Manage scheduled tasks to ensure data integrity between systems daily by understanding the data, systems, and business requirements for the tasks.
• Update Dealernet to ensure that all information is relevant to end users on a daily/project basis through the necessary communication channels.

About you

For this role, you need to meet the qualifications below:

• Malaysian citizen
• Fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Science, or Software Engineering from any local or foreign higher learning institution that is recognized by the Government of Malaysia
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Obtain CGPA 3.0 and above (or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
• Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office
• Strong team player, self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn
• Preference will be given to graduates with no prior working experience and who are currently unemployed
• Duration of Programme: 12 Months

Training & development

This program will be for 12 months and will have a combination of intensive soft-skill classroom training and on-the-job training opportunities. You will learn practical skills and real-life experiences at Maxis that will help guide you toward a successful future.
