Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
Main Role & Tasks
Compile surveys from platforms & prep data for analysis
Categorize & analyze survey feedback
Prepare reports with survey insights & recommendations (supported with visuals/charts)
Develop & improve survey analysis function/tool
Participate in surveys set-up, testing, and liaising with the vendor for resolution
Preferred and Desirable Skills
Degree in Statistics or Actuarial Science with IT
Have digital marketing exposure or have explored these areas to familiarity
Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal & written)
Enjoys interacting and working with new groups of people/colleagues internally and externally
Fast learner, friendly and approachable
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment (prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
Solid organization skills and attention to detail
