Your Role

Join Maxis as a Digital Operations Intern and support their team in enhancing the online store experience. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer profiling, campaign management, performance tracking, and digital experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Voice of Customer (VOC) Feedback: Use VOC feedback to improve the online store experience.
• Customer Profiling and Pitching: Profile customers, pitch Maxis Plans, and handle objections effectively.
• Collaboration for iPhone 16 Launch: Collaborate with Coaches to prepare the Maxis Online Store Team for the iPhone 16 launch.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and create reports to track performance.
• Campaign Management: Run tailored campaigns, gather customer feedback, and use it to enhance the digital experience.

About You

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
