About the programme:

The Maxis Graduate Programme offers an exciting and rewarding early career experience that will propel you towards a future leadership role within Maxis. This dynamic 2-year program is designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive understanding of our business, allowing them to develop critical skills and knowledge across various functions. Through structured rotations, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training, you will gain exposure to key areas of our organization, setting the stage for a successful career with Maxis.

Entry requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Academic Qualification:
  • Degree: Undergraduate or Master's degree
  • CGPA: Minimum CGPA of 3.5, or second class upper (2:1), or a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 75% in an undergraduate or master’s degree from a reputable academic institution.
  • Results: Final results must be obtained by 1 September 2024.
• Work Experience: Less than one year of full-time work experience post-graduation.
• Leadership: Proven leadership qualities demonstrated through a varied portfolio of extra-curricular activities.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language – both verbal and written.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personal Qualities: Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Mindset: Strategic mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a high level of self-motivation and commitment.
