Your role

In this role, you'll be having the following tasks:

• To administer and process the incentive scheme and programs for a different line of business, which includes prepaid, postpaid, broadband, and Service commission for all Maxis’s dealers, call centers, and also the internal staff.
• To ensure incentive schemes and program schemes are accurately compensated for acquiring and retaining customers for Maxis.
• To investigate and analyze dealers’ inquiries and incentive disputes, so that dealer has a clear understanding of what and how it is being paid.
