Roles and responsibilities

Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

• Assist with the planning and execution Quality Assurance and Improvement Programme initiatives in IA
• Support IA management in ensuring continuous availability and quality of related technologies used by Internal Assurance
• To work closely with the HIA and section heads to provide administrative support on day-to-day business operation matters.
• Assist HIA and section Heads in the preparation and compilation of Audit & Risk Committee reports

Preferred and desirable skills 

• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills inability to deal with people at all levels
• High level of Interpersonal Skills
• Proficient in MS in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fast learner, friendly and approachable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail.
