Your role

In this role, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of the IoT product launch, which involves working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and operations.
• Help in the development of timelines and milestones for the launch, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to meet deadlines.
• Participate in meetings related to the launch, taking notes, and following up on action items to ensure progress.
• Analyze current product launch processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Assist in creating documentation and standard operating model, customer journey, and others for the product launch process, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Research industry best practices for product launches and provide recommendations for implementation within the company.
• Support the team in coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards the common goal of a successful product launch.   In summary, the intern in this role will be instrumental in assisting with the technical aspects of the IoT product launch, as well as contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the product launch process through analysis, implementation of improvements, and coordination with various teams

Work-life balance

According to most employees, the work-life balance in Maxis is fairly good with regular hours, 8 hours a day, and flexible working hours. Some positions like those who work at technical support or customer service may work in shifts, with the available hours below (including a 1-hour break):

• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
• 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

About you

For this role, you must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent.
