Your role

In this role, you'll be accountable for:

• Accountable to monitor cases & compile a comprehensive database of incidents related to theft/vandalism/HSE and ensure network elements able to operate safely without damage/vandalism issues.
• Responsible for applying effective theft mitigation strategy & solution to protect asset/network elements of nationwide BTS/TOC from theft/vandalism/HSE issues.
• Leading and coordinating roles with regional Field Operations PIC & relevant stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of the theft mitigation strategy, OPEX & CAPEX spending & relevant contract operations.
• To execute & perform continuous digital innovation, POC (Proof of Concept) to achieve effective theft mitigation strategy in fronting the potential issue arising for site/TOC safety, security & HSE issues.
• Record & track daily theft data & trends, perform detailed analysis, reporting & control to reduce cases & financial losses.
• To execute the spending plan related to theft mitigation including budget forecast, business case, detail spending, PR/GR/Waiver/Esker
• On-Call standby 24x7 to handle any security/HSE related/dockets/incidences.

Compensation & benefits
